Refund/Exchange can only be processed as per the below mentioned clauses

Size Issue

We offer a size exchange for jewellery products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.. Once we receive the product, we will process the size exchange and ship the new product to the customer at no charge.

Color Issue

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for jewellery products due to color differences in the photo shown on the website and actual product. Please carefully review the product images and description before making a purchase. If you are unsure about the color, please contact us for assistance.

Occasion Fit

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for jewellery products that are not suitable for the occasion for which they were purchased. Please carefully consider the occasion when making a purchase. If you are unsure about whether a product is suitable for a particular occasion, please contact us for assistance.

Defect or Damage

We offer refunds or exchanges for jewellery products that are defective or damaged. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange, as appropriate.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required. You must provide a copy of your original invoice or receipt in order to exchange an item.

Timeline

Exchanges/Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange/return it for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving and inspection of the returned product.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed for the same product in a different size. If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product, they will be responsible for the difference in price.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Customized jewellery 
  • Jewellery with engraving 
  • Jewellery that has been worn or damaged

Exchange/Refund are subject to inspection. All exchanges/Refunds are subject to inspection by our quality control team. If the item is not in original condition, the exchange/Refund may be denied.

To exchange or request a return of an item, please follow these steps:

  3. The customer service representative will help you select an exchange item. 
  4. You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. 
  5. Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
